Separate Studio Agreements
Separate enrollment, tuition, participation, media-consent, and studio-policy agreements may apply when a student registers for or participates in classes, rehearsals, performances, or other studio activities. Those agreements govern participation in studio programs. These Website Terms govern use of the website.
If a signed studio agreement conflicts with these Website Terms concerning participation in classes or studio activities, the signed studio agreement will control, subject at all times to applicable law. Nothing in these Website Terms or any separate studio agreement waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
Using This Website
This website is intended primarily for parents, legal guardians, students, and families interested in learning about Nika Ballet Studio.
You may view the website, share links to its pages, and print schedules or other information for your personal, noncommercial use.
You May Not
- Copy or republish substantial portions of the website for commercial use.
- Use website content to create or promote another business.
- Modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or unpublished information.

Trial-Class Requests
Submitting a free-trial request asks the studio to contact you about a possible class. It does not automatically schedule a class, guarantee admission, reserve a space, or confirm placement in a particular program.
A trial class is scheduled only after the studio communicates with the parent or legal guardian and confirms the date, time, and appropriate class.
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the studio to complete and sign the required forms before a child participates.
The first confirmed trial class is free. Trial-class scheduling is subject to class availability, the student’s age, appropriate placement, and studio approval.
Schedules, Programs, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep class schedules, age ranges, program descriptions, hours, and other website information accurate and current.
Schedules and programs may change because of enrollment, instructor availability, holidays, performances, weather, emergencies, or other operational needs. Classes may become full, be combined, move to another time, or be discontinued.
Information displayed on the website does not guarantee that a class or space will remain available. Please contact the studio to confirm the current schedule and availability.
Tuition, Fees, and Enrollment
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a binding offer or guarantee of enrollment.
Current tuition, registration fees, performance fees, payment terms, cancellation rights, refund policies, and other enrollment conditions will be provided or confirmed separately before enrollment.
Any signed enrollment or tuition agreement is subject to applicable federal, New York State, and New York City law.
Participation in Dance and Gymnastics
Dance, gymnastics, stretching, rehearsals, performances, and other physical activities involve movement and may involve physical risks.
Separate studio forms may address participation, health information, emergency contacts, attendance, conduct, safety policies, and other matters relating to classes and studio activities.
Nothing in these Website Terms releases the studio or any other person from liability that cannot legally be limited or waived. Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, branding, page designs, and other content displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to Nika Ballet Studio, Inc.
Website content may be viewed and shared for personal, noncommercial purposes. It may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, published, sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
The fact that a person, student, instructor, or performer appears in a photograph or video does not give another person permission to copy, repost, alter, or commercially use that material.
Photographs and Videos of Students
Photographs and videos on the website may feature students participating in classes, rehearsals, performances, and other studio activities.
Permission to use a minor student’s photograph, video, likeness, or voice is obtained separately in writing from the student’s parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian may contact the studio with questions about an image or to request that an image featuring their child be removed from the website. We will review the request and make reasonable efforts to remove the image from website pages and systems within our control.
Removal from the website may not immediately remove copies previously printed, downloaded, shared, cached, indexed by search engines, archived, or stored by services outside the studio’s control.

A failure by the studio to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it on another occasion.
