- Confirmation that the person submitting the form is the child’s parent or legal guardian

The website does not require you to create an account, subscribe to a newsletter, or make a payment.

Photographs and Videos of Students
Photographs and videos displayed on the website may feature Nika Ballet Studio students participating in classes, rehearsals, performances, or studio activities.
Permission for the studio’s use of a student’s image is obtained separately from the student’s parent or legal guardian in writing.
A parent or legal guardian who previously granted permission may contact us to request that a photograph or video featuring their child be removed from the website. We will review the request and take reasonable steps to remove the material from pages and systems within our control.
Removal from the website may not immediately remove copies stored in browser caches, search-engine indexes, website archives, social-media platforms, or other systems outside our control.
How Long We Keep Information

Contact and free-trial requests are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months after our last communication unless:
- The family enrolls with the studio
- The parent or legal guardian asks us to retain the information

Backup copies of website form submissions are deleted according to the studio’s backup procedures after the request has been successfully received and processed.
Information may remain temporarily in routine system backups after it has been deleted from active records. These copies will be removed or overwritten in accordance with the applicable backup schedule.
